I provide mobile Personal Training either in your home, or at a local park.
During your session we will use:
- steps and hills
- as well as weights
- resistance bands
- boxing gloves/pads
I can help you to lose weight, tone up, set goals, get fit and be motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle.
